ONEXINVEST strictly follows Trading Principle and Stop Loss Policy wherein Customer by default agrees to not do/ enter any trade without Pre Informed/ Defined Stop Loss. If you trade against the stop-loss policy, you alone shall be responsible for the same & ONEXINVEST shall have zero liability towards it. We further advise that do not trade on recommendations of employees outside the course of employment in case, if you will do so, the liability will be your own and ONEXINVEST will not be accountable for any loss.

Upon termination of this User Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to ONEXINVEST Except as set forth herein, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of this User Agreement, the fee charged if any for access to ONEXINVEST is non-refundable for any reason.

Both parties are entitled to terminate this Agreement, at its option by giving a Notice of not less than ninety (90) days in writing to the other, such period being reckoned from the date of receipt of the notice by the Party concerned.

The final decision on Agreement cancellation will be totally on OnexInvest Team.

The Refund will be processed a minimum of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the notice
